Welcome to the Cakebar! I found out about this place from a friend of mine, and I’m so glad I did. Cassie, a 3rd-generation restaurant owner, originally opened her bakery in Silverton, Oregon, but the pandemic pushed her to move down to Southern Oregon and reestablish in Medford, where she feels more like she’s in a comfortable neighborhood than in a commercial downtown.
